About Us

The Queens Health Network (QHN) is comprised of Elmhurst Hospital Center (EHC) and Queens Hospital Center (QHC), the Queens Cancer Center and thirteen community-based medical centers. Queens Health Network (QHN) provides the infrastructure and overall support for this grant. Within the network, we have identified Tobacco Cessation Training Leaders who will be providing educational outreach to QHN based providers.
